○ Leadership capacity:
The Board of Directors are members who have practical experiences in the printing and packaging industry from 6 to 8 years, therefore, they are capable to analyzing and advising the Board of Directors to make the right decisions about the product’s development orientation as well as the ability to compete in the market.

○ Production team:
The Heads of the Departments are professionally trained from leading companies in the printing industry, or have 8-10 years of direct experiences on the machines. These teams are responsible for the management and operation training for more than 120 workers.
